was the 1993 World Junior Champion with partner Ekaterina Svirina competing for Russia. Coach Evgeni Platov is
a two-time Olympic Champion (1994, 1998) in ice dancing (with Oksana Grishuk). Coach Alexander Zhulin is the
1993 World Champion and 1994 Olympic silver medalist (with Maya Usova).
