Aaron's full first name is Maxwell Theodore. He played ice hockey for 14 years and was on the USA Developmental Team for hockey. Aaron looks up to 2010 Olympic Champion Evan Lysacek (USA). His younger sisters Molly and Madeline are pairs skaters. Madeline competed at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2014 in Pairs, finishing 5th. Molly finished 11th at the U.S. National Championships 2011 in the Pairs event but meanwhile has retired from competitive skating.
