Montalbano/Krasnopolski teamed up in 2009. Krasnapolski competed in singles at the international level and was ranked 30th at the 2008 World Junior Championships. The couple withdrew from the 2011 European Championships as she dislocated her shoulder in practice. Coach Kyoko Ina is the 2002 World bronze medallist in pair skating, competing for the USA.
