 Gierok/Just teamed up in spring 2010. Gierok skated singles until that and finished 8th at the 2010 German Nationals (senior level). Just competed at the 2001 World Junior Figure Skating Championships in singles, finishing 20th. The couple and coach Knut Schubert parted ways after German Nationals in January 2010. They are currently coached by Karel Fajfr.
