Brezinova is the younger sister of Czech single skater Michal Brezina, who competed at the World level and is a four-time Olympian. Her brother and their father Rudolf is part of her coaching team. Coach Jozef Sabovcik is the 1985 and 1986 European Champion and 1984 Olympic bronze medalist.
