Rizzo is the first Italian man to win a medal at the ISU World Junior Championships (bronze in 2018) and at an ISU (senior) level Grand Prix event (bronze at NHK Trophy 2018). His father Valter is an Ice Dance coach and part of his coaching team. He missed the 2024 National Championships due to a hip injury. His sister Francesca (five and a half years older) competed in Ice Dance at the international junior level and his parents Brunilde Bianchi and Valter Rizzo competed in Ice Dance at the ISU European Figure Skating Championships 1984 and 1985. | |||||||||||
