| Grassl has landed the quad Lutz, flip and loop in competition. He is the first European skater to perform a quad loop. He is the first Italian man to win an ISU Grand Prix event (John Wilson Trophy 2022). Grassl has trained in the USA and in Russia in 2022 and 2023 but meanwhile returned to Italy.
